Our days of big shin-digs on New Year's Eve are (for the most part) gone. We enjoy getting a group together when we can, but that wasn't this year. This year, we pulled out sparklers for the kids and a few small fireworks to help ring in 2010, a little early. Following the family fun, Craig and I rang in the new year in the hot tub, watching the peach drop on TV. What a great way to close own 2009 and bring in 2010!
Craig lit a large candle and then the kids could light their own sparklers on their own.
