Fall Festival

This past Saturday was our church's fall festival. Our church has hosted this for many, many years. It is a very large outreach event for our area and we had about 70 families that were not from our church. This year, Craig worked the dart booth and the kids and I came about half-way through. We had tons of fun and the kids ended up plenty of candy and prizes from the games.

All three took a try and throwing little chips into the glasses.
Trinity actually did pretty well at it!

Trinity popped some balloons with the darts. Our decision was that the people working the booth next to this one needs a set of safety gear.

Upstairs, there was a whole section for preschool-aged kids. Xander and Kalyn had a blast with the games.

Kalyn tried the dart shoot after Craig finished his stint at the booth.

Trinity shoots for the hole-in-one (or four) at the putt-putt game.

Kalyn had to have a little bit of muscle help from Andrew on the shoot-the-duck game.

Xander chows down on the cookie he got to decorate.

We had so much fun. Unfortunately, we didn't get to do everything. We missed out on the free dinner, the hayride and the pony ride. Next year, we'll just have to plan to go a bit earlier.
