Movie Night

Friday night, a nearby shopping area held a family movie night - outdoors. Craig and I decided to surprise the kids and take them to see Monsters VS Aliens. It's one of their favorite movies (currently) and so we knew they would love it. We also knew it was going to be cold as soon as the sun went down, so we packed up blankets, a sleeping bag, gloves, hats and heavy coats as well as some munchies. We had planned on taking a few camping chairs, but Craig had a better idea. One that would be more comfortable, one that we could sit together in and therefore, stay a bit warmer in. We took our 15 year old double papasan chair. It worked wonderfully! We had a great night. Plus, with the time change, we still got home in time for bedtime!!
