Fallin In Love with Fall

I love the fall season. The weather is usually just perfect - warm enough to be outside, but not so warm that you get hot before you get to enjoy. The leaves are beautiful - such vibrant reds, yellows and oranges. It makes driving around our neighborhood just wonderful!!!

I've also had a number of opportunities to enjoy a few "lunch[es] on the grass" as Xander calls it. There have been a few days when we've finished up our errands and had just enough time to pick up some lunch and stop somewhere to eat before we had to pick up the girls (Ansleigh and Kalyn) from preschool. One day, we stopped at a park and simply enjoyed the sun and some lunch. Our new favorite spot is our church front lawn. It allows us some extra time (since we don't have to leave to get to preschool). It also gives Xander a place to run around after he eats. It's a fun, relaxing thing for us to do together.

I just love fall!!!
