Game Night

Saturday night, Craig and I decided to break out a game after bath night. Some games are more fun than others, some nights are more fun than others, but this one turned out to be pretty fun. One of our family favorites is Trouble. It's a game that is fun for everyone and everyone can play. Sometimes, the game goes on a bit long - we think someone is about to win and then they are sent back to start. It teaches us all some patience and endurance.

Xander was on Craig's team. They had fun together.
Trinity started off on fire, getting all of her pawns out very quickly. However, about halfway through, she lost the skills and found all of her pawns back in the start box and no six in sight (you need to roll a six to move out of start). Unfortunately, I could see a bit of her competitiveness coming out - a trait straight from me. She got to learn to enjoy the game, even if she wasn't winning.
Kalyn had a blast and was so funny to watch. When she got a couple of good rolls and found herself getting near another player, she would sing out, "I'm comin' for you, baby." It was hilarious!!
Congratulations to Craig for his victory.
