Back To Basketball

Due to the holidays and an ice storm in the area, we had a bit of a break from our Saturday morning basketball games. The 16th was our first game back of the season. One of our girls was not going to be there, which meant Trinity would be playing the whole game. We really tried to encourage her to not give up, even when she got tired. She did a great job the whole game. She ran up and down the court and did a great job. There were a few times that she was in there on defense as much as she could. It's been quite a treat watching her grow in her b-ball skills. I can't quite see her ever getting to be a warrior when it comes to sports, but she's having fun and that's the important thing.

The scoreboard worker was amazingly fast, so I didn't get a picture of the final score, so I missed it, but they won - 6 to 8. It was close, but a good win and a great effort from all the girls!
