Kid Trees

A few years ago, my mom and dad gave the kids their own individual trees. They are the perfect size for their rooms and come complete with their own ornaments. Mom cross-stitched ornaments and Dad put them together. The kids love the nights when we get to pull them out and decorate them. The trick is finding that one night when we have a night off to decorate all together.

This year, we thought that someone had lost one last year. So, we all sat down and let each child pick out one ornament to hang on their tree. Then the other two would find the same ornament. If they all hung their last ornament at the same time, we knew we were good. Thankfully, everyone had all their ornaments.
