I saw this idea in one of my parenting magazines for celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday and I was so excited to try it out. We used pizza dough and formed it in the shape of Cat in the Hat's hat. Then, using cheese and pepperonis, we created our own unique pizza.
It was delicious. We honored Dr. Seuss with a viewing of a few Dr. Seuss movies. We found a couple of DVDs with various stories on them for only $5 and were glad to have an excuse to watch them. The kids enjoyed the special pizzas and we enjoyed the relaxing family night.
